Consultation
With an In-House scheduled Consultation, we come prepared to hear all of your desires and needs for your new dream space. With over 18 years of experience in the marketplace, we provide expert recommendations to further lead you closer to your envisioned home and space.
Once we have a complete understanding, we will provide you with a comprehensive budget agreement with clear and transparent line-listed items. Our commitment is custom-built specifically for you.
Planning
This is where the excitement starts… our expert in-house designers create Mood Boards, Floorplans, 2D & 3D Models, tweaking and adjusting each of your wishes, allowing us to find the perfect design for you and the allowed space.
As we reach final decisions, our design teams are working in unison on Material Selections with you, presenting you with the best options to select from the top-of-the-line appliance suites, fixtures & faucets, tiles, stones & marbles, hardware, etc.
Project Management / Procurement
Leave it to us to take care of Permitting, City Licensing & Planning, and all City Inspections. We will take care of all the communication.
Upon final design approval, we will turn the drawings into a full construction package for our Project manager and trades. We will also create finishing schedules and other schedules as required.
As we are a full-service Design-Build Firm, we will coordinate all material procurement, assuring all selected material are on-site once construction begins.
Bringing your dream to life.
With daily On-Site Management, we excel in the highest levels of communication with you. However most efficient for you, whether it be Text, Calls, Zoom, Face Time, etc., we like to schedule on-site weekly walk-throughs with you to discuss the progress and any inquires you may have. Our full construction schedules also allow you to have full knowledge of the process.
3D Model
Elton Correia Design & Build proudly offers the ability to create a digital 3D model of your space(s) This is very helpful in the concept development phase but can be produced at any point. The level of detail included will have to be determined by client.
Purchasing
Elton Correia Design & Build offers complete purchasing and coordination services upon client request. This may include placing orders for finishes and materials such as tile, stone, millwork, plumbing fixtures, handles, even doors and trim. We can also assist with coordination of delivery as well as installation.
Shopping
At our clients request, we can accompany our clients to various shops and suppliers, be it tiles, fixtures, lighting, and or furniture stores throughout the process.
